I offer interior renovations, decks, replacement windows, cabinetry, repairs, and other small to medium carpentry jobs in the Ipswich (Essex County), Massachusetts area.    I work at an hourly rate ($50 /hr), +materials (10 % added to materials costs), or I can provide you with an "not to exceed" contract price.
